At one-tenth the cost of a TRX Trainer (Amazon.com: https://goo.gl/lDlhZe) and in just five minutes of your time, you can create a sturdy, comfortable, full-body, strength training device. Here's all that you'll need:
"Perfect Fitness Handles" ($9 on Amazon: https://goo.gl/IrXXSH). These are comfortable, sturdy, and come with a mesh storage bag and door anchor accessory!
Lashing straps (set of 2 - $7 on Amazon: https://goo.gl/tVFych)
(Optional) 30' x 1" webbing to reach extra high anchor points or to replace a worn-out lashing strap ($11 on Amazon: https://goo.gl/THJ5Vi)
There are lots of TRX clones (See the original TRX here: https://goo.gl/lDlhZe) but this design is uniquely inexpensive, durable, and easy to make and use. Best of all, if a component is damaged or wears out, it's a cinch to replace the part instead of the whole device.

Build and use the device at your own risk. The components I've used in the video can support my body weight several times over but remember that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
Avoid anchor points with sharp corners as they might damage the lashing straps. Check your suspension device for damage or loose knots before every use.
